PITTSBURGHS GOING TO THE SUPER BOWL!!!!!!!

I love it! I now have two weeks to finish my "Pittsburgh socks" made out of Lorna's Laces Bee Stripe. I think that is what it is called any way. For now, I am still working on my husbands socks. I am not finished, but it is not for lack of knitting. I am knitting my fingers off, but they are the "socks that shall never end". They are black (boring), a two row pattern repeat, size 2 needles, and they are boot socks, which means really big. One sock is down to where I need to start the heel flap, the other has had the heel turned and is about a third of the way to the end. I love my husband very much, but I don't think he will be getting a lot of boot socks made by me. After I finish his socks, I have my Pittsburgh socks, a felted purse, a sweater, two baby hats, a pair of baby booties, and who knows what else. It is a good thing I love to knit! Tomorrow, I have some sewing projects to make. Three to be exact. I am going to try and have my husband make a pattern for me, and I will cut and sew the projects.

Yesterday, we went to visit family and friends in Butler Pa. Wow what an odd place. No offense to my friends and family up there, but as my husband always says when we visit too many freaks, not enough circus's. I guess it is not really that bad, but I always see some very strange people when we go up to visit. Today we watched the game of course, but nothing else much is going on. My kids are both cleaning their rooms, and my husband is playing with his legos. I am going to finish this post and go take a long bath. Yeah Pittsburgh!!!!!!!
